Thank you for using Keio Presso Inn Kanda.
Today, we would like to introduce Kanda Myojin, a cherry blossom viewing spot located a 15-minute walk from Keio Presso Inn Kanda Hotel.
With a history of about 1,300 years, Kanda Myojin, the guardian deity of Edo, hosts various events every day at the Cultural Exchange Center facility located within the shrine grounds, attracting many worshippers. The Kanda Festival, held every other May, is one of Japan’s three major festivals. The best time to see the cherry blossoms at Kanda Myojin is usually from late March to early April. There are many cherry trees planted within the grounds, and there are few cherry blossom viewers, making it a hidden spot where you can enjoy the cherry blossoms without the crowds.
