Can I make a reservation without being registered as a Web Reservation Member?
Yes, there are two kinds of methods.
You can make reservation without being registered as a Web Reservation Member.
However, you must register your infomation everytime you make reservation.
One more method is you register as a Web Reservation Membership. Next time you do not need to register.
Can I cancel my Web Reservation Membership?
Yes, you can cancel your Web Reservation Membership from confirmation of
guest's information.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Provide the information requested on the Password Reset page to receive instructions on how to reset your password.

FAQs — Before You Arrive

Will the hotel accept a package delivered for me before I check in?
Yes, we will accept packages delivered for you and will give them to you upon check in.
Be sure the package voucher clearly states the guest’s name and check-in date,
and have it delivered to the hotel where you have made your reservation. Hotel addresses can be found in our page.
We are unable to accept items that are cash-on-delivery or that otherwise require payment upon receipt.
Do you allow early check-in?
In order to give us time to carefully prepare rooms for our guests, check-in starts at 3:00 p.m.
We will be happy to store luggage for you if you arrive before the designated check-in time. Please ask the Front Desk for assistance.
We can also store luggage for you after you check out (until the end of the day).
What is a "universal room"?
A spacious twin room designed to allow wheelchair users a more comfortable stay.
Can two guests sleep in a single room?
Unfortunately, a single room is designed for the use of only one guest per room.
A second guest cannot be accommodated even for an extra fee.
Can a young child stay with me?
A child up to 9 years old may stay with you in your bed.
The child is also welcome to enjoy our complimentary breakfast.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept several credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diner's Club, Keio Passport Card, China UnionPay Card
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees for canceled reservations will be charged as follows:
● Ordinary reservation (up to 15 guests)
No-show without notice: 100% of the hotel fee
Day of arrival: 100% of the hotel fee
Day before arrival: 50% of the hotel fee
● Group reservation (16 guests or more)
No-show without notice: 100% of the hotel fee
Day of arrival: 100% of the hotel fee
Day before arrival: 80% of the hotel fee
Seven days before arrival: 20% of the hotel fee
Do you have a parking lot?
Unfortunately, we do not have a parking lot.
Please take public transportation to visit us.

FAQs — During Your Stay

I am staying for two nights. Will I be assigned to the same room both nights?
If you selected the same room type (single/double room, smoking/non-smoking) for both nights of your stay,
you will be assigned to the same room both nights.
Is there a convenience store nearby?
Yes.
・There is a convenience store located on the first floor of the hotel at the Keio Presso Inn hotels in Shinjuku, Kayabacho, and Ikebukuro.
・There is a convenience store within a 5-minute walk of the Keio Presso Inn hotels in Higashi-Ginza, Kanda, Otemachi, Gotanda, Kudanshita and Akasaka.
Can guests get into the hotel late at night?

Yes, guests may come and go at any hour.
The front door will be locked between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m.,
but you can unlock the door by swiping your room key through the card reader.
Be sure to take your room key with you when you leave.

I’m expecting a visitor. Can I have them meet me at my room?
We’re sorry, but we ask that all visitors meet guests in the lobby. We appreciate your understanding.

FAQs — Guest Services

Do all rooms have Internet access?
All rooms at all hotels are equipped with complimentary high-speed Internet access (LAN connection, 100 Mbps).
LAN cables are available in each room. Guests are also welcome to use our complimentary wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi).
An Internet-connected computer has also been set up in the lounge for guest use.
Can I arrange for the shipment of a package from the hotel?
Yes, it the package’s destination is inside Japan. The Front Desk will make the arrangements for you.
Fill out the shipment request form, which can be found in the desk in your room, and give it with the package to the Front Desk.
Delivery boxes are also available for purchase at the Front Desk.
For items being shipped overseas, we will inform you where the nearest post office is.
Can I have my dress shirts cleaned?
Yes, the Front Desk will make the arrangements for you. Bring your shirts to the Front Desk to utilize this service.
Drop-off hours, fees, and no-service days differ by hotel. Check with the Front Desk for details.
There is also a coin-operated laundry available in the hotel.
Can I get a massage in my room?
Unfortunately, we cannot make arrangements for massage services.

FAQ — Check Out

Does the hotel offer breakfast?
Yes, we offer a complimentary breakfast.
Visit the breakfast corner for fresh-baked breads, salad, coffee, tea, and juice. Hours: 6:30 - 9:30 a.m.
Can I check out early in the morning?
We will settle accounts with you upon check in, so there is nothing you need to do to check out.
You are welcome to leave any time after you have returned your room key to the key collection box.
Can you store my luggage after I check out?
Yes, we can store luggage for you after you check out (until the end of the day).
Please ask the front desk for assistance.
